This American heirloom dates back to the early 1900's. The original tree was a chance seedling found growing in a hedgerow. This golden russeted apple has a crisp, sweet flesh with a ripe pear flavor. This is one of the favorite apples at our tastings. Hudson is best enjoyed eaten out of hand or in baked goods.
